The Simple Art of Sourdough

Crabtree Farms teaches sourdough baking from the ground up. The class covers starter care, mixing, shaping, and baking. Students work with dough by hand throughout the session. The class runs from 12:00pm to 2:00pm. Tickets cost $40 and include materials. Beginners are welcome, and experienced bakers will pick up new tips. Register early because baking classes fill fast.
