Making Gingerbread Cookies with Sourdough

Crabtree Farms teaches a beginner-friendly baking class. Students bake gingerbread cookies using sourdough discard. The class covers mixing, rolling, and decorating by hand. The session runs from 6:00pm to 8:00pm on the farm. Tickets cost $71.21 and include all ingredients. You take your cookies home at the end. Register early because baking classes fill fast.
