The Tennessee Aquarium runs its annual fundraising auction online this fall. Bidding opens at 10 a.m. on September 15 and closes at 10 a.m. on September 22. Aquarium animals painted the artwork up for bid, from penguins to turtles to alligators. Winners can also claim behind-the-scenes experiences and staycation packages. One prize lets you name two Gentoo penguin chicks that hatched this summer. Proceeds support the Aquarium’s conservation and education work. Place bids through the Aquarium’s events page.
