The Mood Swings headline this free Nightfall concert at Miller Plaza. The Nashville soul-pop band draws on Motown and features a prominent horn section. Their set is bright, warm, and built for dancing. The 5:00 Goodbye Girls open at 5:00 PM, and The Essentials play at 6:30 PM. The concert is free for all ages.
