Youth Fountain plays Barrelhouse Ballroom on a Saturday night. The Vancouver band works in pop punk and emo. Singer Tyler Zanon writes raw, personal songs with big, anthemic hooks. Their sound sits near melodic hardcore but keeps moving past it. Albums like Letters to Our Former Selves charted on the alternative lists. $20 advance or $25 at the door. 18+.
